Return Window

You may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

Eligibility for Returns

  • With original tags and packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

❗ Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return your current item (after approval) and place a new order.

Refunds
