Shipping Policy – Korz Center 

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Shipping Options (U.S. Only)

  • Standard Shipping – Delivered within 7 to 10 business days after dispatch. Free of charge.

  • Expedited Shipping – Delivered within 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. Flat rate of $5.90.

At this time, we ship only within the United States.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Korz Center is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incomplete or inaccurate addresses provided by the customer.

Tracking Information

When your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking status shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please:

  1. Check with neighbors, building management, or your local carrier office.

While Korz Center is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
